For this class-wide project, our group was divided between 400-level and 300-level students to design and develop a festival tracker app aimed at improving the user experience during the Festival South event. As a 400-level student, I took on a leadership role where I managed the workload, guided the creative direction, and provided oversight for a 300-level team member. I worked closely with other group leaders to collaborate on key decisions, ensuring the app’s design and functionality remained consistent and user-focused. Our goal was to streamline navigation and make it easier for festival attendees to access schedules, events, and important information in real time. This project strengthened my leadership, communication, and project management skills while contributing to a cohesive and engaging app design.
